Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant for ITSM Federal will serve as a functional and technical expert, guiding customers on the ServiceNow platform to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Top Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years of configuration/development experience.
• Ability to influence and consult in IT environments.
• Experience with Web Technologies and SaaS.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
• Proven team player and team builder.
