Senior Technical Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead hands-on implementations of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or FSM modules, working directly with clients to tailor workflows and integrations.

In Short

• Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients.
• Develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Draft and validate user stories and testing strategies.
• Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior consultants.
• Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for client teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD or FSM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
• Experience with authentication methods and integration middleware.
• Integration experience with third-party solutions.
• Familiarity with industry-specific workflows and challenges.
