Senior Technical Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance on ITOM solutions, configuring ServiceNow products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective engagement.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• 3+ years of configuration/development experience.
• Experience with ITOM leading practices.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player.
• Must have a Public Trust clearance.
