Senior Technical Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant at Ping Identity will provide technical direction, mentoring, and guidance to customers and partners for the deployment of the Ping Identity Platform.

In Short

• Provide technical consulting to partners and customers.
• Assist in designing architecture for customer solutions.
• Resolve complex issues outside standard support.
• Ensure implementations adhere to best practices.
• Develop materials for technical consulting delivery.
• Engage with the Ping community through writing and events.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Work with various industries including financial services.
• Mentor and guide teams on technical matters.
• Contribute to the success of the Ping Identity Platform.

Requirements

• Experience in Identity and Access Management consulting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
