Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant, Platform - Federal is responsible for consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Platform products to drive business outcomes.

In Short

• Creation and delivery of platform solutions.
• Support engagement efforts for process definition and improvement.

Requirements

• Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
• 3 years of experience in US federal agencies with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud.
• Experience with ServiceNow security and domain separation.
• 5 years of configuration/development experience.
• Ability to influence and consult in complex environments.
• Experience with web technologies and SaaS.
• Data management and database design experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies like LDAP and VPN.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD).
