Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Platform products to enhance business outcomes.

In Short

  • Creation and delivery of platform solutions based on technical architecture and ServiceNow standards.
  • Support platform-wide process definition and improvement during customer workshops.
  • Advise customers on utilizing ServiceNow capabilities for process improvement.
  • Lead design workshops across multiple ServiceNow products.
  • Guide customers in documentation for technical solutions.
  • Draft user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring quality solutions.
  • Provide training and mentoring to customers and team members.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and promote continuous improvement.
  • Travel up to 50% annually for customer needs and meetings.

Requirements

  • Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
  • 3 years of experience in US federal agencies with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud.
  • Experience in ServiceNow security and domain separation.
  • 5 years of configuration and development experience with complex technologies.
  • Ability to consult and influence in varied customer environments.
  • Experience with web technologies and SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of data management and database design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Proven team player and team builder.
