Overview

The Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Security products, supporting strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas.

In Short

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement.
  • Provide input to AE during the account planning process.
  • Ensure alignment with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation.
  • Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap.
  • Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE on identifying specialty solution opportunities.
  • Customize responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team.
  • Champion diversity and belonging within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes.
  • 7+ years of knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions.
  • Experience as an AE or in a sales/customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Travel required: 30-50%.
