  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow or relevant certifications are a plus.
