Senior Services Account Executive - Federal - Remote

Overview

The Services Account Executive is responsible for managing Expert Services and Success Services sales within designated strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• Act as the primary contact for ServiceNow’s Expert and Success Services.
• Lead engagement negotiations and manage organizational risk.
• Collaborate with sales teams to position services effectively.
• Develop plans for full deployment of licensed products.
• Identify additional business opportunities within accounts.
• Ensure successful transition to the Delivery organization.
• Maximize revenue recognition from services proposals.
• Drive service references and exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in selling services in the software industry.
• Consultative sales experience is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively.
• BA/BS degree is desired.
• Travel required up to 50%.
