Requirements

• Familiarity with State and Local Gov't landscape
• Knowledge of industry best practices in the SLG sector
• Experience in a fast-growing IT environment
• 7 years of presales experience
• Experience managing presales teams
• Deep experience with the US market
• Understanding of coaching and mentoring approaches
• Ability to motivate a team of Presales Solutions Consultants
• Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
• Understanding of SaaS and PaaS solutions
