Overview

This role involves leading a team of Solution Consultants to ensure they effectively address customer needs, develop their skills, and contribute to the sales strategy in a dynamic technology environment.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in presales within technology companies.
  • Experience managing presales teams.
  • Deep industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telco.
  • Understanding of coaching and mentoring techniques.
  • Ability to motivate a team of Solution Consultants.
  • Experience in Value Based or Solution Selling.
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS and PaaS market spaces.
  • Ability to engage with senior management and decision-makers.
  • Experience in enterprise business applications.
  • Willingness to embrace diverse backgrounds and experiences.
