The Senior Manager, Expert Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of implementation projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing a team to achieve customer success.

In Short

  • Provide guidance to engagement management staff for project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in professional services.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience for global organizations.
  • Experience leading teams of twenty or more employees.
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Ability to influence and consult on IT Operations.
  • Dedication to customer success and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to develop relationships across various departments.
  • Experience with performance management and coaching.
