  • 5+ years in leadership roles in professional services.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience with global organizations.
  • Strong people development skills and mentoring experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on customer success.
  • Experience with IT Operations and Digital Transformations.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
