The Senior Corporate Counsel will support ServiceNow’s Global Partnerships and Channel organization, focusing on legal matters related to partner programs and distribution transactions.

Requirements

• Strong critical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient drafting and legal skills.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles.
