Overview

The Senior Compliance Manager/Director, Public Sector Legal & Compliance, is responsible for identifying and driving the projects necessary to deliver an effective, scalable compliance program to support ServiceNow’s growing global public sector business.

• Responsible for compliance program initiatives in the public sector.
• Work with the SVP and team to plan and design compliance projects.
• Drive program-critical projects to successful completion.
• Develop public sector-specific guidance and training.
• Streamline and automate existing compliance processes.
• Leverage compliance-related data for improvements.
• Explore AI opportunities for program progress.
• Monitor and track program performance and progress.
• Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience with U.S. government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of public sector compliance regulations.
• Experience executing compliance program initiatives.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in Software-as-a-Service preferred.
