Overview

The Senior Contracts Manager will provide critical support to legal and compliance functions, focusing on contract review and compliance program implementation.

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS agreements and Docusign.

• Strong communication abilities and client-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training preferred.
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
• Prior experience with MD&A support preferred.
• Experience with legal technology or contract management tools is a plus.
