Overview

The Program and Partner Operations Manager will support global program execution and partner initiatives within the Customer Health Assurance team, ensuring efficient processes and strong collaboration across various teams.

• Support global operations for the Customer Health Assurance program

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in global operations or partner management
• Experience with large scale cross-functional programs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
• Experience working with global teams across time zones
• Familiarity with ServiceNow programs preferred
