Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant design experience.
• User-Centered Mindset with experience in UX Strategy, Research, or Design.
• Proven background in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Exceptional storytelling skills across various formats.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and lead through ambiguity.
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web/software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience.
