Overview

RAPP New York is looking for a Senior Experience Strategist to join our award-winning Experience Strategy team, focusing on customer experience and CRM.

In Short

  • First point of contact for strategic needs on select clients.
  • Develop CRM strategies for consumer engagement across various channels.
  • Conduct primary research and analyze findings for strategic plans.
  • Develop creative briefs and inspire internal creative teams.
  • Devise content strategies that personalize at scale.
  • Perform market and competitive analyses.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Sciences for measurement plans.
  • Set business rules for integrated campaigns.
  • Work with vendors and agency partners for strategic consistency.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant experience.
  • 4-5+ years of strategic planning experience at an agency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in research tools like Nielsen and Mintel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation development.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership with colleagues and clients.
  • (Preferred) Automotive category experience.
