Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a Presales Partner Solution Consultant to support our Global Partnerships and Channel partners. In this role, you will provide pre-sales support, technical product and architecture advice, and ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities.

In Short

  • Evangelize ServiceNow within partner Global Delivery Centers through Sales Plays and product demos.
  • Manage relationships with executive and key partner stakeholders.
  • Assist Partner Experience team on roadshows and partner events.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during planning and solutioning.
  • Identify business development opportunities based on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Mentor and guide ServiceNow and partner solution consultants.
  • Create long-term relationships with partners to understand their go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrate domain and technical expertise across multiple industry verticals.
  • Provide insights on the relevance of ServiceNow for specific industries.
  • Travel for Partner, Customer, and Organizational activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience in multiple technical domains.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing.
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow product suite is highly desirable.
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate at multiple organizational levels.
