Legal Counsel, Global Employment Law - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US employment attorney to join our Global Employment Law team to support the continued growth of the company. The role will represent the company in all stages of US employment litigation and provide legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and exceptional judgment.
• A law degree with strong academic credentials.
• Current membership in a US state bar.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to assess risk and provide actionable legal advice.
• Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated global mindset and sensitivity to cultures.
• Fluency in English.
