Global Industries and Solutions Strategic Initiatives Lead (Retail/CPG) - Remote

Overview

As the Retail/CPG GTM Readiness - Program Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives orchestration and activation to achieve pipeline, value wins and customer NPS targets, ensuring success for our Retail/CPG GTM.

In Short

• Drive end-to-end initiative success across the organization.
• Manage and support execution and deliverables aligned to the initiative.
• Develop program scope and objectives, manage roadblocks and risks.
• Track and measure Global Industries and Solutions success.
• Provide regular updates on the program to senior management stakeholders.
• Orchestrate program execution and coordinate resources across multiple workstreams.
• Improve operational excellence through initiatives that create efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Marketing and Product.
• Leverage AI in work processes and decision-making.
• Experience in Retail/CPG with a focus on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in Retail/CPG.
• Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• High energy and disciplined execution skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI is a plus.
• Expertise in enterprise software/SaaS is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
