Rad AI is seeking a Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across product, partnerships, fundraising, and operations. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and shape how Rad AI scales its mission in healthcare.

In Short

• Own Rad AI’s company-wide OKR process and planning rhythms.
• Lead high-impact projects sponsored by the CEO.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement processes for efficiency.
• Partner with functional leaders for cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in strategic operations or program management.
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare dynamics.
• Fluency with collaboration tools like Notion or Asana.
• Strong executive-level communication skills.
• Comfortable in startup and enterprise environments.
• High bias for action and analytical thinking.
