Overview

The Director, Corporate Counsel at ServiceNow will lead a team to support corporate legal issues in a fast-paced environment, focusing on compliance, corporate governance, and securities law.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience.

• Strong drafting and legal technical skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
