Overview

The role of the Customer Success Manager is to act as an advocate for our customers, overseeing a portfolio to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption of ServiceNow products.

In Short

  • Oversee customer outcomes engagement for your portfolio.
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and updated.
  • Identify criteria for assisting customers using Success Plays.
  • Promote customer success stories and processes.
  • Maximize customer value from ServiceNow investments.
  • Work with teams to improve product adoption.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
  • 5+ years in customer professional services or related support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis.
  • Collaborative work experience.
  • ServiceNow certifications a plus.
  • Federal industry experience is a plus.
