Overview

As Head of Business Development & Partnerships, you will lead go-to-market execution for a portfolio company, focusing on enterprise sales, channel alliances, and partnerships in the Web3 space.

In Short

  • Drive direct enterprise sales and partnerships in the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Own the full sales funnel using HubSpot.
  • Analyze sales data for insights and improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Represent the company at Web3 conferences and events.
  • Engage with crypto communities on various platforms.
  • Design custom programs to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Build channel programs with Web3 accelerators and partners.
  • Leverage existing Web3 network for partnership opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on marketing content from a customer perspective.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS or agency business development.
  • Experience in building partnerships and co-selling motions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and consultative-selling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Self-starter with experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for Web3, NFTs, and blockchain.
  • Understanding of token economics and engagement metrics.
  • Established network within the Web3 ecosystem.
