Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with blockchain or fintech brands.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to visually communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Familiarity with Web3/crypto culture is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
