Onboarding Strategist - Remote

Overview

Sendoso is seeking a highly ambitious individual who is equal parts creative and digitally savvy to manage the onboarding experience for Sendoso customers. The Onboarding Strategist is a customer-centric role that will set customers up for success on the Sendoso sending platform.

• Manage the onboarding experience for Sendoso customers.
• Focus on getting customers accustomed to sending through Sendoso.
• Understand product capabilities and deliver best practices.
• Drive successful activation and adoption of the platform.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Educate and enable customers through the onboarding experience.
• Implement and encourage integrations with partner products.
• Deliver results under pressure and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience in onboarding roles at SaaS companies.
• Strong project management skills required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an onboarding role at a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of working with customers on deployment and adoption.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
