Marketplace Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Sendoso is seeking a highly motivated individual who is equal parts creative and digitally savvy to support the Marketplace Team to help orchestrate our global supply chain as part of the experience for Sendoso customers.

In Short

• Support the Marketplace Team in operations and vendor management.
• Engage with key stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot queries.
• Manage Ops tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain product and vendor information across platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with vendors and customers.
• Work independently and deliver results under pressure.
• Utilize technical acumen to explain complex concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience in customer and vendor management is a plus.
• Background in data analysis preferred but not required.
