Overview

We’re building something special in Chennai, and we need a Marketing Operations Coordinator to help supercharge our marketing engine! As part of our thriving Revenue Operations team, you’ll be the go-to person for optimising marketing tools, processes, and strategies – ensuring we turn leads into deals seamlessly.

In Short

• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our marketing automation platform and CRM.
• Analyse key metrics and create attribution reports.
• Align marketing, sales, and partnerships to optimise lead scoring.
• Support ABM models and customer segmentation.
• Work closely with sales, performance, growth, and content teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes.
• Document processes and train teams on best practices.

Requirements

• 1-3 Years Marketing Operations experience at a scale-up, B2B SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot and email automation.
• Comfortable working with BI tools like Looker.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys optimising processes.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
• Solid grasp of attribution modeling and reporting.
