Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

You will join an established, highly effective and lean finance team where you will have a meaningful impact as a key business partner to the GTM organization.

In Short

• Provide financial and analytical support to the organization, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and CX.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, headcount and capacity planning.
• Contribute to broader financial initiatives across the business.
• Work closely with finance, G&A, and executive leadership.
• Maintain internal financial models in partnership with the larger organizational model.
• Comprehensive involvement in variable compensation planning.
• Prepare insightful analytics for cross-functional leadership.
• Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis for month-end and quarter-end.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.
• Expert level proficiency with Salesforce.

• Highly proficient in Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Data-driven individual with experience using data for growth opportunities.
• Polished communication skills and ability to work with executive leadership.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and accountability.
