Overview

As a Federal Sales Account Executive at Semperis, you will create and implement a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share within federal government agencies, specifically the civilian government sector.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in federal sales into DOD and Intelligence sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the federal sector.
  • Strong sales methodology and forecasting skills.
  • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
