Overview

Secure Code Warrior (SCW) is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and the broader market (customers, prospects, and industry landscape) to ensure that our products are positioned clearly, effectively, and in a manner that resonates with our target audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, buyer personas, and competitor landscape to shape and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and product launch plans.

In Short

  • Drive the creation and continuous refinement of SCW’s product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches.
  • Create internal and external enablement materials for consistent messaging.
  • Develop tailored messaging for customer personas and specific use cases.
  • Convert technical product features into clear, benefits-focused messaging.
  • Conduct market research and leverage customer insights.
  • Create compelling customer stories and testimonials.
  • Provide ongoing insights into market conditions and customer needs.
  • Use win/loss analysis to identify new opportunities for product positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B product marketing experience.
  • Previous experience in SaaS and Appsec or cybersecurity required.
  • Strong knowledge of product positioning and competitive analysis.
  • Proven ability to create high-impact messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in leading product launches.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using data and market research for strategic decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
