Overview

The Learning & Development Specialist 2 for Electronic Health Records is responsible for developing and delivering training for the Electronic Health Record system within the Oregon Department of Corrections, utilizing a hybrid work model.

In Short

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in adult education or organizational development
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for some experience
  • Experience with electronic health records preferred
  • Skills in designing training materials and coaching
  • Ability to evaluate and improve training systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of organizational change management
  • Ability to prepare effectiveness reports
