Overview

The Manufacturing Industry Consortium Strategist will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive statewide Industry Consortium, engaging employers, education providers, and community partners to create workforce solutions in Oregon's manufacturing sector.

  • Ensure alignment with postsecondary education and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Four years of professional-level evaluative and analytical work.
  • Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in project/program management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Skills in relationship management and collaboration.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and drive results.
  • Commitment to equity and inclusion in workforce development.
