Learning & Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Learning & Development Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Learning and Development department. In this role, you’ll help with LMS administration, assist in creating and updating courses, and work with various departments to support their training needs.

In Short

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop structured learning experiences.
• Maintain existing training resources and develop new courses using eLearning tools.
• Assist with scheduling training, tracking completion, and facilitating sessions.
• Manage user accounts and reporting in the Learning Management System.
• Work with HR to complete employee compliance training requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools.
• Ability to design instructional content.
