Business Operations Associate – Clinical Research - Remote

Overview

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our central clinical research operations team. In this role, you’ll support the implementation, optimization, and management of our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) across our site network, while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of clinical research financials. In Short

• Serve as the network steward for CTMS, including training and support
• Build and maintain studies in CTMS per budgets, protocols, and agreements
• Update CTMS records with protocol, budget, or contract changes
• Perform data quality checks for accurate and timely reporting
• Partner with site teams to ensure timely data entry and invoicing
• Investigate and resolve CTMS issues, communicating status to stakeholders
• Support CTMS enhancements, including testing and process improvements
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and promote operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, management, healthcare, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5+ years of experience in clinical research operations
• Experience with CTMS platforms preferred
