Telephonic Nurse Case Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries. The ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams, assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment.

In Short

• Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.
• Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.

• Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Active California RN License (or compact licensure including California), required.
• Must reside outside of California.
• Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
• Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology.
• Experience in Workers’ Compensation case management preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
