Overview

The Compliance and Regulatory Supervisor 2 will oversee the daily activities of the Wage and Hour Division labor and compliance staff, providing supervision and guidance to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Four years of supervisory or related experience.
  • Experience in leadership and organizational development.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of wage and hour/employment law.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Adaptability to policy changes.
  • Valid driver's license in Oregon.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations.
