• Manage a team of cross functional engineers to develop and maintain features for product discovery.
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements.
• Guide the team to improve operational and engineering best practices.

• Perform code reviews and provide technical feedback.
• Communicate technical and product decisions effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an engineer with coding experience.
• 2+ years as an engineering manager.
• Foundation of technical excellence and engineering culture.
• Knowledge of the technology industry.
• Experience using data for decision-making.
• Experience with SEO and AI Search.
• Experience in search engine marketing (SEM).
• Familiarity with web analytics measurement platforms.
