Manager Engineering Delivery - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Engineering Delivery leads the engineering project management effort, including a team of project managers, in support of RES renewable energy projects. This role will be hybrid requiring a minimum of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in renewable energy.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 5-15%.
• Expertise in engineering design and project scheduling tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Experience with Procore or similar document control systems.
