Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
  • Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform well under pressure.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing team members.
