Field CTO - Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Field CTO for APJ — a senior, customer-facing executive who will shape Saviynt’s strategy in the region, representing our vision in boardrooms and influencing strategic identity security deals.

In Short

• Engage Executives and build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and regulators.
• Shape strategic deals influencing ~25–50 key opportunities annually.
• Lead thought leadership by representing Saviynt at APJ conferences and publishing relevant content.
• Provide APJ-specific insights to Product and Marketing teams.
• Advocate for customers and partners in building long-term identity roadmaps.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a CISO, CTO, or security practice leader in APJ.
• 15+ years in cybersecurity with expertise in IGA, PAM, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies.
• Cultural fluency across diverse APJ markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with business applications like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Strong architectural knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and modern authentication methods.
• Recognized presence in the APJ cybersecurity community.
