Overview

A Savant Regional Sales Director is responsible for achieving revenue and install quota by supporting and growing the region’s Professional Sales Channel.

In Short

  • Define and execute territory action plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and install quota.
  • Work with integrators to achieve individual annual sales targets and business goals.
  • Provide in-region new product overviews and training.
  • Target and recruit new, qualified customers to increase market share.
  • Qualify sales leads and pass on referrals to the integrator base.
  • Foster high-performance culture by leading and managing territory resources.
  • Analyze sales statistics and identify trends to maximize regional growth.
  • Support Savant Authorized Integrators in system design and service revenue.
  • Promote Savant products at local and national trade events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and local trades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or 5+ years of technical sales experience.
  • Experience with home automation and control, networking, entertainment, lighting, and HVAC solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including programming experience.
  • Ability to analyze and adapt to business priorities.
  • Solid financial and budgetary skills.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule with willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work remotely from home office.
