Overview

The VP of Field Marketing develops and oversees channel and product marketing strategies, executes sales campaigns, field events and programs that drive demand generation, pipeline growth and customer engagement in line with quarterly and annual sales goals. This senior role involves leading and mentoring the field marketing team, collaborating closely with the professional sales and product teams, managing budgets and analyzing data to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 10+ years of technical sales and B-to-B marketing.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and measure program effectiveness.
• Ability to develop and execute actionable marketing plans.
• Strong knowledge of channel sales principles and competitive landscape.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with sales teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including programming experience.
• Ability to analyze and adapt business priorities.
• Self-motivated with enthusiasm.
• Ability for extensive travel.
• Experience with ERP and CRM software.
