Overview

A Resale Compliance Representative provides excellent customer service while ensuring that customer accounts are in compliance with states' regulations for resale certificates. The position involves assisting customers in renewing their resale certificates and impacts the customers' taxable status.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
