In Short

  • Facilitate smooth customer transitions from the Implementation team.
  • Be the relationship lead and strategic contact for our customers and their brokers.
  • Serve as a partner and consultant to our brokers and their clients.
  • Proactively manage potential escalations with the leadership team.
  • Be a knowledge partner, researching and documenting updates.
  • Lead initiatives to improve team processes and customer strategies.
  • Partner with Sales to expand and retain brokerage relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer and broker experience.
  • Work with our product team to create a product that delivers the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in the health or benefits space.
  • Understanding health plan operations and finances is a plus.
  • Licensed broker.
  • Values-oriented and cares about improving the healthcare system.
  • Curiosity and humility in asking questions.
  • Flexible and resilient with a culture of continuous learning.
  • Bias for action paired with intelligent risk-taking.
  • Embrace responsibility and foster trust with colleagues.
