Regional Business Analyst Manager (Korean Speaking) - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for supporting internal management decision-making through business performance analysis for Samsung Electronics' business in the SEA & Oceania (SEAO) region, requiring proficiency in the Korean language for communication with Korea HQ.

In Short

• Aggregate large data sets from subsidiaries across Southeast Asia.
• Create sales & profit, overhead reports, etc.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze profitability.
• Identify cost drivers and explain variances from forecasts.
• Generate insights and create presentations for management reporting.
• Liaise with subsidiary teams and regional product managers.
• Develop and support new processes for financial planning.
• Lead presentations for C-suite and external meetings.
• Assess risks in business decisions to safeguard the company’s reputation.
• Adhere to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Business Administration.
• Fluent in Korean (Speaking/Writing) and English.
• 7-10+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
