Overview

The Junior Cashback Analyst will manage cashback-related processes for Samsung customers across Europe, ensuring timely completion of payments and reporting.

In Short

• Develop or update standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for project deliverables.
• Perform checks on customer document submissions.
• Document and evaluate cashback requests.
• Create claims and process payments.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues.

• Create and deliver various types of reports.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
