Overview

The Assistant Manager, Accounts Receivable will play a crucial role in the Finance Team at Samsung Gulf Electronics, ensuring compliance with financial processes and securing stable financial conditions through effective management of outstanding receivables.

In Short

• Manage accounts receivable tasks including credit checks and security management.
• Perform clearing of accounts receivable by matching against incoming payments.
• Handle import/export documentation requirements efficiently.
• Prepare documents for Letter of Credit and manage payment collections.
• Ensure compliance with financial rules and processes.
• Conduct AR reconciliation on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support export processes with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to maximize financial health.
• Provide timely follow-ups for due payments.
• Participate in the preparation of AR aging reports.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with AR collection under trade instruments.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation.
• Ability to prepare AR aging and billing reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on export documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
